The Illinois Fire Chiefs Education and Research Foundation is dedicated to providing quality education to both the current and future fire service leaders in Illinois.  In cooperation with the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the IFCA is proud to offer these services.

The consulting services will work to provide candidates for promotion with the necessary skills to confidently challenge promotional exams.
